Frequently Asked Questions
How long does audio generation take?
A typical paper takes about 10 minutes to generate. Longer papers may take slightly more time. You'll receive a notification when your audio is ready.
Can I re-download my audio?
Yes. All generated audio is always available in your My Audio library. You can stream or download it at any time while your account is active.
How do I delete my voice clone?
Go to the Record page and click "Delete voice clone & revoke consent." Your voice data will be permanently destroyed within 30 days. Previously generated audio will remain in your library.
Is my voice data secure?
Yes. Voice samples and voiceprints are stored in encrypted storage with presigned URLs for secure access. All voice data operations are recorded in our audit log. Your data is destroyed within 30 days of a deletion request.
Can I get a refund?
Audio is non-refundable once generation has begun, as it is produced specifically for your voice clone and cannot be reused. If you experience any issues with your generated audio, please contact support.
What if generation fails?
We automatically retry failed generations. If your audio stays stuck in a processing state, contact us at support@ourpapervoices.com and we'll resolve it for you.
